At a prevent of 1990, Chilam was 19. He good finished highschool & was ready to enter university inside Australia. That was his summertime vacation, thus he went back to Hong Kong to visit a select few friends & relatives. There he met his cousin-german, Anna Ueyama (上山安娜), world health organization grew higher by having Chilam under a equivalent roof such as brother & sister. Fallowing CBWH, he transitioned into moving-picture show like Perfect Match and Comic King. He returned to TVB within 2000 in the series Go to of the Cukcoo (澳門街). Presently, he is acting inside many TVB dramas like "Take My Word For It" & "Shades of Truth".

Around 1993, Chilam met his current girlfriend, Anita Yuen Wing-Yee. Anitthe occurs as previous Miss Hong Kong & okay, a famed actress. Chilam number 1 worked by owning Anita around one of his MTV shooting "Miss You Much''".
